The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

Second Eng. Com. Sub. for S. B. 574 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §5-16-25 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend said code by adding thereto by adding a new section, designated §5-16-30, all relating to the West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Act; requiring the Public Employees Insurance Agency finance board to pay certain reimbursements with reserve funds; requiring certain reimbursement of hospital inpatient rates by the plan; and requiring certain reimbursement of emergency medical service providers and agencies rates by the plan.”.
